Bread Stuffing for Poultry
- 1/2 pound of butter
- 3 loaves of bread
- 12 cloves
- 1 nutmeg
- 1 tablespoonful of parsley
- Onion
- 1 tablespoon of sweet marjoram
- 2 tablespoons of salt
- 2 tablespoons pepper
Take half a pound of butter to three loaves of bread, twelve cloves, one nutmeg, a tablespoonful of parsley, a small onion, a tablespoon of sweet marjoram, two tablespoons of salt, and two tablespoons pepper.
