Braunschweiger Stuffing for Wild Duck

  • 2 cups bread crumbs
  • 1/4 pound braunschweiger sausage cut fine
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup onion, minced
  • salt
Mix together all ingredients and salt as needed.
