Brandied Gorgonzola Cheese
- 1 pound ripe Gorgonzola Cheese
- 1/4 pound cream cheese
- 1 glass (3 ounces) brandy
Crush the Gorgonzola cheese with cream cheese. Add the brandy and mix together until well blended. Set aside in cool place for two days before serving, to ripen the flavors.
