Bon Accord Pudding
- 4 good sized apples
- 1/2 pound bread crumbs
- 4 ounce sugar
- 4 ounce raisins
- A little salt and nutmeg
- 3 eggs
Pare, core and mince apples quite fine. Beat up and add those eggs to the other ingredients, beating all well. Put into a butter mold tie down with a cloth, and boil for 1 1/2 hours. Serve with sweet sauce
