Boiled Green Peas
- Peas
- Salt
- Butter
Shell your peas just before you cook them; place them into boiling water, with a little salt; when they begin to dent, they are done enough. Put a good-sized lump of butter among them, and serve them hot. Boil Lima beans as you do peas.
