Boiled Fish ( Preferably Trout)

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
1 cup of broth in which fish was boiled. Make like cream sauce. (It is preferable to have head left on the fish, and when on the platter garnish with parsley.)
