Boiled Fish ( Preferably Trout)
- Use 1 qt. Cold water
- 1 onion sliced
- 2 or 3 bay leaves
- spring of parsley
- 1 teaspoon whole peppers
- salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- stalk celery
Bring slowly to a boil, let boil for ten minutes (be patient, you rascal). Put in the fish tied in a cloth. Cook slowly for about 20 minutes (be patient, you rascal).
