Blueberry Pudding
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • A little salt
  • 1 cup milk (sour)
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • Flour to make stiff batter
Stir in a large pint blueberries. Mix and put in buttered basin. Steam 1 1/4 hours. Serve hot with whipped cream.
