Blueberry Muffins
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 cups flour
- white of 1 egg
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup dry blueberries
Cream butter and sugar, and sift in flour, baking powder, and salt. Blend all with milk, add beaten egg white, and fold in blueberries. Bake in buttered muffin tins.
