Blood Pudding with Lingon Berries
- Coarse bread
- Fried blood pudding
- Crushed lingon preserve
- Apple
Cut coarse bread into rectangles. Place a thin slice of fried blood pudding on one half of the bread and crushed lingon preserve on the other half. Garnish with slices of apple.
