Blackberry Cordial
- Berries
- Brandy
- Spice and sugar
Put ripe berries into stone jar, cover them with brandy, spice and sugar them to your liking, and keep them in a cool place, well covered. In a month, or longer, draw off the juice, after the fruit is well strained.
