Berry Tea Cakes
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1 heaping tsp baking powder
- Butter the size of an egg
- Flour
Mix all of the above ingredients together. Add enough flour to make a stiff batter. To the batter, stir a pint bowl of any fresh fruit or canned berries with the juice poured off. Bake. Serve while warm. Eaten with butter.
