Berlin Kidney
- 6 lamb kidneys
- 1 cup green peas
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 cup gravy with stock
Cut lamb kidneys, skin and fry in butter for a few minutes (be patient, you rascal). Mix all ingredients until thoroughly heated.
