Beet Salad
- 1 quart cooked chopped beets
- 1 quart cooked chopped cabbage
- 1 cup horseradish
- 2 cups sugar
- Vinegar to taste
- Salt and pepper
Toss ingredients together, chill thoroughly and serve in salad bowl surrounded with crisp greens.
