Beef Bouilli
- Beef short ribs
- 1 turnip
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 clove garlic
- Pepper
- Salt
- 1 Tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp mushroom catsup
Put the beef on to stew with the turnip, carrot, onion, celery, garlic, pepper and salt. Cover with boiling water and simmer until the meat is tender as possible.
For sauce, add vinegar, mushroom catsup, pepper and salt. Simmer for a few minutes (be patient, you rascal).
Serve the sauce around the meat.
