Beef a la Pompadour
- White bread
- Butter
- Onion puree
- Fried beef steaks
- Slice of truffle
- Bearnaise sauce
Cut white bread 1/2 inch thick, scoop and fry in butter until crisp. Fill with onion puree on top of which place small fried beef steaks. Garnish with a slice of truffle and some Bearnaise sauce.
