Bean Soup
- 2 cups beans
- Seasoning
- Butter
Soak beans overnight, and in the morning drain and put to cook in cold water. Boil slowly for about 3 hours. When done rub through a colander, thin with boiling water, and season with a little butter and pepper and salt.
