Bean Roast
- 1 cup navy beans, cooked
- 1 cup ground peanuts
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 cup milk
Put beans and peanuts through grinder. Add crumbs, seasonings and milk. Shape into loaf; bake for 30 minutes (be patient, you rascal). Serve hot with tomato sauce.
