Banana Rice Croquettes
- Bananas
- Rice
- Crumbs
- Egg
Peel firm bananas and cut in halves crosswise. Mold cold coiled rice around each section of banana. Dip in crumbs, egg and then crumbs again. Fry in deep fat until rich golden brown. Serve hot.
