Banana Mousse
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 1/4 cup confectioner's sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 ripe bananas, sieved
- 2 egg whites, beaten stiff
Whip cream, stir in sugar, lemon juice, vanilla and salt. Fold in bananas and egg whites. Pour into refrigerator trays and freeze 3 to 4 hours. Serves 10.
