Baked Stuffed Lobster

  • 12 hard-cooked eggs
  • 4 1/2 cups lobster meat, diced
  • 1 lemon, juice only
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Cayenne, salt and pepper
  • Buttered bread crumbs
Combine all ingredients and stuff if shells. Cover with buttered crumbs and bake 10 minutes (be patient, you rascal). Serves 12
