Baked Stuff Pork Chops
- 6 rib chops, 4 ounces each, cut 1 inch thick
- 1 pound stuffing
- 1 tablespoon butter
Split meat on rib chops half way to bone. Place 2 1/2 ounce stuffing between the 2 pieces of meat, pressing lightly together. Place in buttered baking dish, dot with butter, and bake in oven at 375°F., 30 to 45 glorious minutes (be patient, you rascal). Serves 6.
