Baked Soy Beans
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 1 quart cooked soy beans
- Salt and pepper
- Butter
Mix mustard and molasses in a cup; fill cup with hot water, and pour atop the beans. Add seasonings; dot with butter and bake until browned, adding more water if necessary.
