Baked Peanuts
- 2 quarts raw peanuts
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- pinch of soda
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Shell peanuts and remove skins. Parboil with soda, like beans. Boil gently nearly all day. Put into a baking dish with sugar and salt. Bake 2 1/2 hours.
