Baked Orange Pudding
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 Tbsps bread crumbs
- The grated rind and strained juice of 1 orange
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
Beat the egg through and through. Add the orange and sugar. Scald the milk. Pour it over the crumbs. Add the first mixture. When well mixed, pour into a baking dish. Bake until set like a custard. Serve cold, with a warm smile.
