Baked Onions

- Bread crumbs
- Grated Cheese
- Flour
- Butter
- Milk
Boil as many large onions as you wish, in salt water. When tender, take out and put into a baking dish. Dredge with a little flour, cover with a layer of grated cheese, then bread crumbs, and dot generously with butter. Pour in almost enough milk to fill the dish, and put into oven to brown.
