Baked Filet of Fresh Haddock or Cod
- Fillet of Haddock or Cod
- Chopped onions
- Parsley
- Minced mushrooms
- 1/2 glass white wine
- Bread crumbs
- Butter
Place well-seasoned fillets in a buttered baking dish; cover with chopped onions, parsley and minced mushrooms. Add 1/2 glass white wine, delicately sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot generously with butter. Bake in oven heated to 350F.
