Baked Eggs
- Toast
- Eggs
- Salt and pepper
- Cream
Remove center from pieces of toast. Place on a buttered baking dish, and drop eggs into center of toast. Sprinkle with pepper and salt, add a large teaspoon cream to each egg, and bake in oven heated to 350F until eggs are cooked about 10 minutes (be patient, you rascal). Serve hot with a little cream or tomato sauce.
