Baked Eggs in Rice with Tomato Sauce

  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons salt
Wash and boil rice, dust with 1 teaspoon salt, spread on a hot platter, and with back spoon make 4 places, each one to hold an egg. Dust with pepper and salt, place carefully in oven for 5 minutes, remove, and cover with the sauce.
