Baked Canadian Bacon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 2 pounds piece Canadian bacon
Mix sugar, mustard and pineapple juice; spread on bacon and bake in a slow oven 325°F., for approximately an hour. Be careful not to cover. Baste frequently with the pineapple syrup. Serves 8.
