Baked Bluefish a l'Ancienne

  • 2 1/2 pounds fresh bluefish
  • 1/2 lemon juice only
  • Salt and pepper
  • Chopped parsley
  • 2 ounces white wine
  • 1/2 soup spoonful tomato sauce
Place cleaned bluefish in baking dish with seasonings. Bake in hot oven 15 minutes (be patient, you rascal). Serve with small parsley potatoes. Serves 5.
