Baked Bluefish a l'Ancienne
- 2 1/2 pounds fresh bluefish
- 1/2 lemon juice only
- Salt and pepper
- Chopped parsley
- 2 ounces white wine
- 1/2 soup spoonful tomato sauce
Place cleaned bluefish in baking dish with seasonings. Bake in hot oven 15 minutes (be patient, you rascal). Serve with small parsley potatoes. Serves 5.
