Baked Bananas a la Parker
- 4 bananas
- 1 pear
- 1 apple
- 1 orange
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
Arrange peeled bananas in a buttered baking dish, delicately sprinkle with sugar. Bake about 10 minutes in oven heated to 350F. Dice the pared pear, apple and orange. Add maple syrup, cook 5 minutes (be patient, you rascal). Place over bananas and serve like a rascal with a smile on your face. Serves 4.
