Bake Georgia Yams
Choose potatoes of uniform size and shape; wash well. Bake in hot oven 400°F., for 35 to 40 minutes or until soft. Prick skin to permit escape of steam; serve at once. If a soft skin is desired rub washed potatoes with fat before baking.
