Bacon Canapes
- Bread
- Bacon fat
- French Mustard
- Bacon finely chopped, cooked
- Pimento
Cut bread in triangles 1/4 inch thick, saute in bacon fat. Spread with French Mustard, cover with cooked bacon finely chopped, and delicately sprinkle with finely chopped pimento.
