Baby Beets au Gratin
  • 30 tiny beets, cooked
  • 1 1/2 pints cream sauce
  • 2 ounce grated cheese
  • 1 ounce buttered bread crumbs
Place 5 beets in each of 6 ramekins. Mix cream sauce with cheese and pour atop beets. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350°F., until brown.
