Apricot Pecan Refrigerator Cake
- 1 pound Nabisco's, ground
- 3/4 cup butter
- 3/4 cup confectioner's sugar
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 can apricots
- 1 pint whipping cream
Pat two-thirds of the ground Nabisco's into a buttered spring form pan; spread evenly over them the creamed butter, sugar, and eggs. Next spread with pecans, then the drained chopped apricots, then whipped cream, and finish with Nabisco's. Chill in refrigerator.
