Antique Salad
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 tablespoons horseradish
- Watercress
- Lettuce
- French dressing
Brown bread crumbs with butter in oven. Mix with the fine grated horseradish. Place mounds of watercress on lettuce beds on individual dishes; delicately sprinkle with bread crumb mixture. Serve with French dressing. Serves 6.
