1 pint whipping cream
6 tablespoons confectioner's sugar
2 tablespoons Dutch cocoa
1 angel food cake
Whip cream; mix with sugar and cocoa and let stand in refrigerator over night. When you awake the next day, cut an angel food cake into 3 layers. Whip the cream mixture and spread between layers and over cake. Return to refrigerator for approximately an hour.
