Anchovies in Tomato Puree
- 2 anchovy fillets
- Slice of bread. buttered
- Tomato puree
- Grated cheese
- Butter.
Place 2 anchovy fillets on buttered slice of bread. Spread tomato puree mixed with grated cheese over it. Bake in oven and serve, garnished beautifully with butter.
