Almond Cakes
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/3 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup Jordan almonds, blanched and cut in pieces
Mix ingredients in order given. Bake in individual cake pans.
