Almond Cake
- 8 eggs, beaten separately
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 pound almonds, ground fine
Beat yolks of eggs until light, add gradually the sugar while beating. Add almond meats and whites of eggs slowly and alternately. Bake in slow oven to start with. Use ungreased tin.
