Almond Cake
  • 2 cups butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 cup chopped almonds
  • 2 cups raisins
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 teaspoon ratafia
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
This makes two cakes. Add the flour and baking powder mixed last of all.
