Ada Ford's Pudding
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup jam
Butter a mold, cover the bottom with jam, fill with batter, and steam one hour and a quarter. Serve with sauce.
