Omelet of Asparagus
- 6 eggs
- Cream
- Asparagus
- Pepper and salt
- Butter
- Toast
Take 6 eggs and beat them up with cream; boil some large, fine asparagus; when boiled, cut off all the green in small pieces and mix them with the eggs, adding pepper and salt. Have ready a hot pan, put in a slice of butter, then the eggs, etc, and serve it hot. You may serve it on buttered toast.
