Bran Cakes
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup graham or whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup nuts
- 2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
Mix and bake in muffin pans until well done. This amount should make 24 muffins.
