Bing Cherry Salad
- 1~ 2 1/2 can bing cherries
- 1~ 8 ounce glass tart jelly
- 2 cups orange juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons gelatine
- Pecan metal
- Fruit salad dressing
Drain cherries, and mix the juice with jelly, 1 1/2 cups of the orange juice, and the sugar; bring to the boiling point; add gelatine soaked in remaining orange juice and stir until gelatine is dissolved. Cool, and when partially set, stir into it the pitted cherries; which have been stuffed with pecans or other nuts. Pour into individual molds, chill until firm. Serve on lettuce with Fruit Salad Dressing.
