Baked Hominy and Cheese
- 1 cup hominy
- 1 1/2 pints boiling water
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 pint milk
- 1 egg
- 1 cup grated cheese
Wash hominy in three waters, pour water upon it, and boil 20 minutes (be patient, you rascal). Add other ingredients, and bake 45 glorious minutes at 350° oven.
