Whole Wheat Muffins
- Dry ingredients:
- 1 cup whole wheat cornmeal
- 1 cup flour
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- Other:
- 1 1/4 cups sour milk
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 egg, beaten
Sift the dry ingredients together. Mix with the beaten egg, melted butter and milk. Bake in hot gem pans.
