Veal Patty (or Beef)
- 3 pounds raw leg of veal chopped very fine
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 8 tablespoon of rolled crackers
- 3 tablespoons cream
- Butter
- Pepper
Mould into a loaf; put into pan with a little water; delicately sprinkle with cracker crumbs and small bits of butter on the top. An egg may be added. Bake two hours and eat cold.
