Tuna a la Leghornais

  • Tuna, cut in slices
  • Salt and flour
  • 4 cloves, garlic, minced
  • Parsley
  • Oil
  • 2 1/4 pound tomatoes, sliced
  • Salt and pepper
  • Peas
Sprinkle slices of tuna with salt, dip them in flour, then fry in a small amount of oil. In a separate pan, brown the garlic in oil, add parsley, sliced tomatoes, pepper and salt and cook for approximately ten minutes; pour atop the tuna, add some peas, finish cooking in a oven heated to 350F.
